Have you experienced traditional psychotherapy and found that you are wanting to expand into different approaches to healing? Are you curious about “non-Western” or alternative forms of approaches in addition to conventional psychotherapy? Do you suffer from mental health struggles, stuckness in your energy, or maybe just a sense that life could be much more richer and alive? Maybe you are new to personal healing and are wanting to get a taste of different therapy approaches in a more collaborative setting?

Whether you are dealing with mental health or relational difficulties, or wanting to try different therapy approaches, Wellness Shift Weekends offer a customized and immersive experience. They are designed to open new insights and take you to the next level of your healing.

Often therapy can be intimidating, specially to start, having to speak about yourself to a stranger who is supposed to be the “expert” on your journey. Over the years I have found a different format which work better for some people. I offer Wellness Shift days where clients and myself sit together, reflect, experience and share to come up with a plan for the next step of your healing journey. These sessions are either one-on-one or done in small group formats, and entail a zoom meeting with me a few days prior and two weeks after the weekend.

To start this process I will work with you in an hour long intake process to assess your needs and see if this is good fit for you. You will then join a two day in-person small group process to step into deeper states of wholeness and insight. This will tke place at a beautiful countryside retreat setting about 1.5 hours North-East of Toronto, near Peterborough. The therapy portion of the program is covered through your work benefits under psychotherapy services.

You will leave with:
– an experience of depth and the possibility of shifting your inner energetic stances
– witnessing and experiencing a number of therapy approaches (customized to the group’s needs & interests)
– possible openings into states of more aliveness and letting go
– a supportive and setting where the therapist takes an accessible stance, where you feel comfortable to ask questions, share, discuss
– group support and connection
